Customer Feedback Giveaway Terms & Conditions

The Promoter is Please Connect Me whose registered office is at 124 City Rd, London EC1V 2NX.

The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Please Connect Me and their close relatives.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the giveaway.

By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The current giveaway runs between 1st July and 31st December inclusive.

In order to enter the giveaway, entrants must do the following:
(a) Use Please Connect Me’s services during the eligible period and complete the setup of at least one service or utility.
(b) Use the link sent to them via email once their setup is complete to visit our customer feedback form.
(c) Complete the feedback form and submit it.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of applicable circumstances outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The prize is as follows: One £100 Amazon.co.uk digital gift card. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.

Winners will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and verified by the Promoter.

The winner will be notified by the email address associated with their Please Connect Me account within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 working days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her first name only in any publicity material and on our social media platforms. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
