We know it doesn’t have to be this hard, and our experience in New Zealand, Australia and now the UK, shows that our customers are beginning to realise that too.
We’re doing this by bringing a fresh approach to the way movers manage their bills when moving house. Setting up utilities and services is often one of the most time consuming and least rewarding actions you can take, and our hope is that using Please Connect Me means our customers can get back to focussing on the best parts of their moving journey.
In the early 2000s, Please Connect Me originated in New Zealand under the brand ‘Fast Connect”, where we have led the market for over 15 years.
Having helped thousands of Kiwis move home and stay connected, we realised that British movers also faced the same problem. Not only do people struggle with the move itself, but they also struggle with sorting out energy, broadband, TV, council tax, and water, and sewage, and finding the best deals… you get the idea.
So with a team of Connections Experts, utility consultants and great hardworking people, we decided to change the way people move in the UK – for good.
And so, here we are – on a mission to make every single home move an enjoyable, stress-free process.
