We’re a people-centric business, from our clients to our partners. We know that open communication is the only way to keep improving your service year after year. That’s why we’re so proud that in our 2024 partner survey we learned 100% of our partners would recommend us to another company in the property or removals industry,
Not only that, 100% of our partners found our referral service easy to use. All of these factors add up to an overwhelmingly positive reception, with none of the respondents saying that they had had a negative experience working with us.
All feedback is valuable, but receiving such a fantastic response is incredibly encouraging for our whole team. We’re not satisfied yet though – we’re already looking into how we can make the moving experience for our partners and assignees even better.

Once you’ve made a referral we handle everything, while you keep track through your personal dashboard and frequent updates. Whether you use your custom partner portal, integrate with our API or let your clients self-refer, connecting your users with our experts is simple.
Our process has been refined by years of partner feedback and testing. We’re always looking for ways to improve, and staying up-to-date with our partner’s needs and suggestions is crucial.
