What can I do to speed up the process?

Speeding up the application is not always possible as our schedules are quite tight, however, it is worth giving a try if the situation is urgent. In that case, send your connections expert an email or simply give us a call on 0800 3688 551.

Do I need to prepare before the call?

No prior preparation is required, as our firendly connections experts will explain everything to you on the call. However, we would greatly appreciate, if you could fill out the customer requirement form as soon as possible.

How long does it take to sort out all utilities?

This mainly depends on the customer and how responsive they are. In some cases, all the utilities can be connected in one quick call, yet some customers require more time to make decisions about their connections, so it can take more than one call.

How do I sign up without my "moving date"?

When you enter our online form, it will ask you for both your moving date and tenancy start date (or completion date if you own your property).
In this case, the best practice is just to put in today’s date, which will let you proceed through the form.
