Is Connectivity right for me?

Connectivity plans are perfect for anyone who needs high-speed internet delivered fast – especially if you don’t have a connection to traditional broadband networks available.

How does the 14-day guarantee work?

We want you to be happy with your new internet connection. You have 14 days from placing your order to test your router and make sure it’s everything you expected. If you change your mind, return your router within 14 days for a full refund.

How will I be billed?

As part of your order, we’ll set up a recurring payment from a debit or credit card. You can update these payment details at any time through your online account.

The router for my Connectivity Bundle hasn't been delivered

We use Royal Mail’s guaranteed next-day by 1pm delivery service for our router deliveries, and you should have been sent a tracking number by email which you can use to track the status of your order. If it past 1pm on the day your router was due to arrive, let our team know so we can check that there hasn’t been a problem with the delivery. 

Can I use a WiFi extender with my connectivity bundle?

Yes, our 4G and 5G routers are compatible with all standard WiFi network range extenders. You can find more advice on choosing a WiFi extender, as well as our top picks, here.

What's the top speed of your 5G routers?

Our 5G routers support speeds of up to 1.2 GB/s. The average speed in areas with a strong 5G signal is 200-300 mb/s.

What happens when my plan ends?

At the end of your plan, you can easily renew to stay connected. If you don’t need your Connectivity plan anymore you can cancel by reaching out to our team or online through your account. Your router is yours to keep and is unlocked to work on any UK mobile network.
