When will my client hear from you?
Providing we receive accurate client information, our guarantee is to reach out within 1 business day, but in general, it takes 1-5 hours in most cases.

My client has special requirements.
We deal with unique clients on a day-to-day basis, so we are used to dealing with special requirements. Please, let us know of the requirements in the “Notes” section.
What can I do to speed up the process?
Speeding up the application is not always possible as our schedules are quite tight, however, it is worth giving a try if the situation is urgent. In that case, let your customer know, that you have referred them to us and let us know, that a customer is expecting a call. We will try to accommodate your request and do our best!
When should I pass on the client details?
We always say – the faster, the better. The optimal time period is 2-3 weeks prior to the client’s moving-in date. Although, if the customer has already moved in, we will still be able to assist them with their utilities.
How long does it take to sort out all utilities?
This mainly depends on the customer and how responsive they are. In some cases, all the utilities can be connected in one quick call, yet some customers require more time to make decisions about their connections, so it can take more than one call.
